Swat Pest Management

This treatment is renewable with SWAT annualy for a small charge. All of our homes are also treated after they are framed with a preventative mold treatment. SWAT Pest guarantees that no mold can grow on any of the lumber they treated for 25 years after the treatment is applied. This guarantee is backed by a $250,000 warranty.
